Advanced Global CDN

Advanced Global CDN is a Professional Service without a user dashboard making it hard for our customers to identify what Advanced Global CDN is, how to leverage it, and the value it brings.  It was one of the most requested courses from the Customer Sales Engineers, utilizing current UI/UX and product research, we identified knowledge gaps between a customer’s technical understanding and Advanced Global CDN technologies. I also found that much of our current documentation and content did not do a good job of conveying the value Advanced Global CDN brings to customers. 

I solved these pain points using a mixture of videos and text in accessible language to convey highly technical topics in digestible terms. We also worked with Sales Engineers, to break down the plans into customer values we currently sell on; performance, security, and management. Upon completion, we not only saw an increase in sales but satisfaction with the product and how to leverage based on purchases and reduced tickets to customer service engineers.
